Photography 2019 - on going.
Analog photography, black and white/colour.
I like to use the word lovers to describe all the men with whom I’ve had deep connections that made me grow—those who cherished my body, made me feel special, and occupied my thoughts. These are the men with whom I shared adventures, indulged in late-night wine, and exchanged early morning laughter. We wandered through unfamiliar cities together, enjoyed dinners, and shared intimate moments, such as showering together. These were the men I cooked for, the ones I shared a bed with, who stayed for breakfast, kissed me at the door, and ultimately, the ones I shed tears over when we parted ways.
These men loved me, some physically, some emotionally. Some I loved in return, others I did not. As in the Amori Giovani project, the concept of love here is also expanded and embraced in its broadest sense.
These photos capture those feelings and moments, stolen fragments from my past, which I wanted to preserve forever the moment I pressed the shutter.
